Women Will stands firm in their support of rigorous scientific research that supports the health and welfare of women and their families. Cutting funding to science and making decisions that will impact our health and welfare without the support of rigorous science is reckless and directly injures the most vulnerable populations.
Join us! If you register we will send you an email with a meeting place so we can march together. Stay tuned for a sign-making party where we will share our goals and get our science on!
March for Science - San Diego
March for Science - San Diego is an adamantly nonpartisan group of scientists, engineers, students, teachers, and science enthusiasts, united by our awe of the universe, and grounded by appreciation for science in our everyday lives. We are organizing a family-friendly, educational event to build awareness for the importance of science in society, and to highlight the San Diego region’s leadership in the sciences. As we march on April 22, we will be standing for our community, health, economy and our region’s future.
The March for Science of San Diego stands for public policy that both supports, and is supported by, openly shared science.
